Information is supplied by clients and staff via our website or directly to us when using our waiver and sign in services. Personal information is collected for:
- Client waivers
- Identity confirmation
- Client memberships
- Emergency contact information
- News, offers and marketing information, if chosen to opt-in

We may disclose your personal information to third parties, with your consent, as a part of a sale or part of a business activity. 

Clients and staff reserve the right to access and change any personal information on request. Information is stored in secure files in secure locations on the company’s database. Access to these files is restricted to staff upon relevance only. Network security is kept through the use of password safety and antivirus software. Information is securely destroyed after the required holding period.
